Tracey

Tracey McMillan was originally admitted as a Barrister in 2001 specializing in the area of  Family and Criminal Law.  In 2008 Tracey left the bar to work solely as Family Law special counsel to enable her to have a more hands on approach with clients prior to opening Queensland Family Law Practice.

She has extensive experience in all areas associated with Family Law matters and as a result of many great successes in the Family Court has gained a reputation as a fierce fighter for a good cause.

Tracey goes all out on cases that other lawyers may feel are unwinnable, and has been successful in many of them. 

Tracey's clients find her to be understanding and compassionate to the emotional difficulties experienced throughout the legal process and has an approachable personality that allows her to explain the legal process in user friendly terms.

• Admitted to practice in Queensland 2001
