Once we receive your completed application form and payment, our expert family lawyer will draft the documents and send them back to you. This gives you the convenience of online divorce and wills services, with expert legal advice.
Signing your Documents for Online Divorce or Online Will
Your Online Divorce will need to be approved by you after expert legal advice, then signed by a Justice of the Peace or your lawyer at our office.
After signing, your divorce will be filed in court and you may need to attend court. We will advise you of the date of your court hearing and the court’s decision. One month later, we will receive your divorce certificate and forward the original to you for safekeeping. It’s important to keep this certificate in a safe place as it may be needed if you plan to remarry.
Your Online Will needs to be witnessed by your lawyer and signed at our office.
After signing and witnessing your Online Will should be stored in a safe place. We do offer clients complimentary Safe Custody keeping your original at our law offices (valued at $400) We also offer all new Will customers a 5-year peace of mind guarantee, which enables you to make 1 free change a year to your Will free of charge (valued at $2500).
