The conference is running for Dec 7 – 9th at the Rex Hotel and we are fortunate enough to have our very own Tracey McMillan asked to be one of the speakers during the event. Domestic violence is something that we, unfortunately, have to deal with as part of our commitment to support families is all aspects of law. This experience gives Tracey a unique point of view and insights into how Domestic Violence Orders are utilised in Australia. Both as protection for a victim and, in some cases, how they are miss used as a controlling mechanism within a family legal dispute.

Tracey will be speaking Tuesday morning at 11 am and a podcast will be available at a later date. For more details please see the Stop Domestic Violence website: http://stopdomesticviolence.com.au/
