This recognition follows an independent global nomination and voting process, with more than 124,000 submissions received. Winners are selected based on peer recognition across professionalism, innovation, responsiveness and value.

The award comes immediately following Tracey’s return from Los Angeles, where she spoke at the 27th International Families & Fathers Conference as a family law expert and International Separation Strategist.

Her presentation focused on a key issue affecting individuals navigating separation — the impact of early decisions on long-term outcomes.

“Most people approach separation emotionally first and strategically second — and that’s where costly mistakes are made,” Tracey said.
“The first 90 days often shape the entire outcome.”

With over 25 years of experience, Tracey is known for her direct, strategic approach to complex property settlements and parenting matters.

In addition to leading Queensland Family Law Practice, she is also the founder of No Lawyers, an innovative platform designed to make family law processes more accessible and cost-effective.

This award reflects a broader shift in family law — toward clarity, strategy, and better outcomes for clients.
